I dropped my husbands swiss army knife and chipped off some of the red cover, (the cover that has the swiss symbol on it.) is it replaceable at all?

I'm pretty sure that that will be replaceable under warranty. All VIctorinox swiss army knives come with a lifetime warranty so it shouldn't be a problem getting that fixed.

Our pencil spare part comes in gold and not silver (as shown in the picture).

Hoping you can help, I bought 4 victorinox golf tools for a few friends and in typical fashion 3 of us have misplaced the marker. Please help I would like to buy 6 of them as we are bound to lose them again.

Unfortunately, we are unable to get any of the Golf Tools or the Golf Tool spare parts from the Australian Victorinox distributor as they don't carry this product range. Your best bet may be to look for on international online store that will ship these parts to Australia, or find an Australian retailer that deals in parallel imports.

I need a refill for the pen in my knife. It is 65mm long with a grey top & fits on the lhs of one side of the knife. On the same side there is also a toothpick and on the other side, tweezers. Which refill do I require?

I need to get scissors springs. What is the appropriate size (large or small) for a "Ranger " pocketknife?

For the Ranger knife, you will need the Large Scissor Spring.

The Large tweezers will fit the Hercules Knife.
