I have recently purchased a swiss army climber Silver Tech while in Switzerland and have had the name engraved incorrectly. Do you know if this can be corrected or could I purchase another cover and have the name engraved correctly at your store?

We don't actually stock a silvertech version of the climber and unfortunately we also don't provide an engraving service. I'm not sure how to go about getting this corrected, but what I can do is give you the number for the Australian distributor of Victorinox products, Sheldon and Hammond, and they may be able to help you out. They actually have a repair service, and they may also do engraving as well.
