Great knife, i use it all the time ,everyday of the week rarely sharpening needed and i use a 10$ pull through sharpener from Woolworth's so it makes like so much easier, Its razor sharp out of the box, doesn't rust, wont break, just an amazing knife. My Parents got me this knife when i was fourteen it came with a matte handle or recycled handle and it has absolutely no flaws or drawbacks. You probably will never have to clean it thoroughly unless if you've been to the beach or something because it doesn't get dirty easily, you rarely have to oil it and I'm an everyday user i.e i use it to open packets of things, made spears when i was younger, opening boxes just about everything you can do with it, i remember i had a period when my parent were out on vacation i used it to cook every meal for an entire meal, i cleaned it with detergent and a toothbrush. This knife has been a close companion to me for several years, never failing what it was designed to do recommend this knife to everyone and everywhere who is mature enough to handle a razor sharp blade and is non violent or enjoys intimidating people (Posted on 16/12/11)

This tool has been wonderful for many, many years. I suspect I use it nearly every day for something and that has been over a period of 50 years!! I will admit that the removal of splinters with the tweezers and picking my teeth with the toothpick may be the two most used parts! I've had mine for over 25 years. I keep it clean and oiled and it has been a superb tool during that time. I use it at least 3 times per week for various tasks. I have a leather cover which keeps it protected. Would recommend this model as it is value for money and some of the higher end products are gimicky. (Posted on 6/06/11)

The Victorinox Huntsman is a very useful tool to have with you whether it be during outdoor activities, or just in you normal life. The quality of the blades is quite astounding, they could easily slice through fabrics and and some plastics. The other tools work great, the can opener is extremely good; you could get the lid off a can in less than a minute. The scissors are really sharp and they cut through paper and thin fabrics with ease. This tool has a great selection of tools and I would recommend pen knife to anyone. (Posted on 16/04/11)

Great little tool that can be carried around in your pocket everyday. The knives (both small and big) are very sharp right out of the box and so one must exercise caution while handling it. I cut myself on the palm and thumb within five minutes of handling it not realizing that these knives are much sharper than lookalikes. The saw is fantastic and preliminary testing revealed it to be the real deal. Other useful features include a tweezer, multi-purpose hook, and screwdriver among others. Definitely a keeper!
